Better is a relative term. Just indicating there is more than before. "Before what?" is the next question.

Well... it is before I first started.

I have reformatted the complete website by changing the original template.  I kind of like having a side column. That is because I come from the "old design school" before websites had to be tall and skinny for viewing on cell phones and small iPads.  

Side columns will wrap to the bottom on those devices, so no big deal. From my view, it all looks "better". 😆
